Privacy Policy

How The Muslim School handles information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

We receive contact details and messages when you enquire, and student, parent, educational and health information when you apply for admission. Only provide information needed for your request. Parents or guardians should submit information about children.

How information is used

We use enquiries to respond to you, and applications to assess admissions and communicate application decisions. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Application tracking returns only an application status when a private reference and matching parent email are supplied.

Access and service providers

Authorised school staff can access applications and enquiries. Hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate these services. We do not sell application or enquiry information. Personal records and admission attachments are not published in the website gallery or sitemap.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential cookies support secure CMS sign-in. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional analytics or marketing integrations are loaded only after you allow them, and are excluded from admissions, contact and CMS pages.

Retention and your requests

The school retains records while needed to handle your enquiry or application and fulfil administrative obligations. Contact the school to ask about access, corrections, retention or deletion. Requests may require identity verification, particularly where a child’s information is involved.

School photographs

School photographs appear in public galleries and articles. Contact the school if you have a concern about a photograph involving you or your child, so staff can review it.

Security and contact

Access controls, protected sign-in and private attachment storage help protect records. Contact the school through the contact page about privacy concerns. No online service can promise absolute security.
